David had been recommended to me by friends and family and he provided me with the best experience of house selling that I could hope for. He was prompt and reliable with all communications and provided me with excellent marketing services such as photography of the property and communications via the media. His suggestions re the presentation of the property were spot on. His negotiating skills also realised an excellent price for the property quickly which enabled me to move on to buying a retirement property for myself.
