Direct negotiations.
All negotiations in regards to offers and purchase of the property were straight to the point, no back and fourth phone discussion's which was appreciated. No attempt made to pressure the sale.

Can sell property in any market condition
This is the 2nd time Victor and Angela have sold a property for us. This time too from start to finish we received first class service. Victor went out of his way on a couple of occasions to do things beyond the duties of a real estate agent to ensure our best interests were covered. We really appreciate his honest feedback that helped us complete the sale remotely without a single visit to the property. Fantastic agent
