Both Victor and Angela were very professional and so dependable as they did not over promise or under deliver. They just simply did what they said they would do and more! They helped hand hold buyers through the delicate sale process to ensure the buyer was 100% comfortable throughout the journey. At the end they achieved a respectable sale price in a flat market at an amazing speed! The best part is that they did all this proactively without us having to keep following things up. We were provided regular updates even on weekends and after hours. We just visited their office once during the sale process and everything else was done remotely (which suited us, as we live in Sydney). Great start. Very good communication at all times. Recommended a professional photographer who took wonderful pictures. At the end we didn't think he judges how much the purchasers would pay and his negotiations weren't hard enough to get us top dollar. As we are in a different state we really depended on him negotiating the best price for us. I would recommend him as I think he is ethical and professional
