I went overseas for 3 weeks shortly before listing my property. Daniel picked up the keys from the leasing agent and listed the property a few days later. A lot of groups went through at the open house the following weekend and the house was sold a few days later. Daniel kept in contact even calling me later in the evening as I was in Europe at the time so there was a time difference. Daniel negotiated an excellent price and made the whole process easy. My family recently purchased a home unit through Daniel Hastings. The entire process from when we submitted an offer through to settlement was totally stress free with Daniel keeping us fully informed of all progress along the way.
