David was professional from the word go. He fully explained the process and that's exactly how it went. No false promises or outlandish expectations and so on the day of auction we were surprised with the result as the property sold for much more than we could of hoped. Yes, we were fortunate on the day of auction, there were 2 strong bidders but I'm certain this was all accomplished through David's hard work and of course his team. I would strongly recommend MMJ, they knew the area, their advice was spot on, and we are extremely happy.
