Simone and her team recently sold our property in Cedar Vale, Not only did the team do a great job but Simone was always available to speak with us during the process. Herself and the team worked well with engaging with buyers, bringing buyers to view the home and styling made to the property helped with getting great quality images on our listing. Overall professional and caring service that we will use again and again.

ecently had the pleasure of working with Simone to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Simone was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every step, and her market expertise helped us secure a great price in a short amount of time. Simone truly went above and beyond, offering guidance, answering all my questions, and ensuring I felt comfortable with every decision. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Simone. She made the whole process easier than I ever expect

As most people, I had a couple of real estate agents come by to give me an appraisal on my home before I put it on the market. In my opinion, you can’t compare apples with pears. Just because the house is in a street with similar block sizes, doesn’t mean they’re all the same price. This depends on house size, layout, fixtures and upgrades from the basics. That’s why I picked Simone to sell my house, since she was the one who values the house for what it is. Her communication is no nonsense and professional. And in the end, I was happy with the results she got.

We had our home appraised and market price given and were told we would be sold in 3 weeks. We were under contract in 5 days and for a street record price. We can’t fault any of the service given and very happy with the overall sale experience.
