A worthy virtual purchase!
We were relocating from Brisbane and frantically looking online for a new roof in a city we didn't know. After many countless hours looking online we found what we wanted! Frank was able to take the challenge of giving us a virtual tour and in doing so was impeccably professional. We took on a huge gamble doing things virtually but Frank was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable and always kept us very well informed during the process. We love our new home and could not recommend Frank more highly.

Patience - Understanding - Service - Professionalism
When we decided to down size we contacted Frank Bove who had a listing for an Apartment which we inspected and put an offer on subject to the sale of our property, at around about the time Covid - 19 was having an impact on Western Australia. First Time Home Buyers

Professional service from a well known Agent
I had a very open and transparent experience selling my house with Matthew and the team at Mont Property. From our first meeting during construction Matthew gave us some advice that would attract a wider range of potential buyers. Matthew ensured contact was clear and constant. After each home open we received feedback and follow ups on prospective buyers. A pre listing inspection was very thorough and made sure every possible question a buyer might have could be answered. Consequently during the listing period I leased another property and have been happy with the property management.
