In dealing with Matthew Podesta of Mont Property in regard to the sale of our Attadale residence, we could not fault the professionalism and commitment shown by Matthew and his team member, Marisa Rifici, throughout the process...it was second to none, particularly by reference to other agents we have had prior dealings with. Not only was the initial marketing of the highest order, but the communication absolutely exemplary - we did not have to chase them up for feedback - they would report by way of summary immediately after each home open and disclose their proposed forward strategy with potential purchasers, with Matthew acknowledging us (the sellers) as having to first be in agreement with any forward strategy. Always dynamic, professional, ethical and proactive is how we would describe our dealings with Matthew and his team.
