We recently used Peggy Willcox for the sale of our investment property. To say she was fabulous really is an understatement. From liaising with our tenants as they moved to assisting us prep the property for sale right to setting up for the open home, she was superb. She secured us $20k more than we were hoping for and $40k more than her initial "conservative" market appraisal figure. She also beat the record for comparable units and for the units in the complex. Initially we were apprehensive about selecting an agent out of the area and the local agents warned us she would struggle to move the property without a local database. Peggy sold our unit at the first open home for more than any of the other market appraisals. Other agents suggested we invest in hiring furniture to stage the property. Peggy sold it unfurnished and with no hidden fees or additional charges like the other agents had in the form of package upgrades. Peggy's fee is all it is for as much or as little marketing as required. She throws everything she can at the sale and has an incredible knack for highlighting a property's potential and bringing in the crowd and interested parties. I will not sell through anyone else ever. Peggy is the only agent I will use and recommend to anyone who will listen. She's an absolute real estate superstar!

We interviewed alot of agents when we were looking at selling our home and after we met Peggy we knew straight away that she was the agent that we would be hiring. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly someone we knew was honest and that we could trust. Selling a home is very stressful and having an agent like Peggy made it alot less scary, she goes above and beyond, she offered to help me clean the house for when they were going to do the photos because she knew with work and running around after my daughter that I was stressed for time, she even brought over some house homewares to make the place look extra nice as I was worried we had de cluttered too much. She keep me updated the whole time with news from people interested. She managed to find us the perfect buyer and the place was sold under a week. We couldn't have been happier. I will be recommending Peggy to all my friends and if we ever sell again we will be using her for sure.
