This was the first time we had experienced selling a property and Peggy was extremely patient throughout the entire process, supplying us with all the information we required to make the most appropriate decisions. On multiple occasions we received requests from the buyer that would have meant we would have spent another $5,000 - $10,000 on the property prior to selling, thanks to Peggy's support and guidance we were able to avoid expensive costs and finalise the sale of the property.
