Kym and her team (in particular Jack and Cooper) were exceptional. Kym's knowledge and expertise are second to none. However, the key point of difference I found was the sensitivity to our situation and her ability to go above and beyond what one might expect from a real estate agent. Kym would provide direction on what touch-ups would be required and would help style and stage the home for our open (we only needed one). House sold within 5 days, multiple offers, all above asking. Kym is a straight shooter, but the genuine care and compassion she demonstrated throughout the entire process will not be forgotten. I couldn't recommend Kym and the team and Morgan & Hayes Real Estate highly enough.

Kym had a clear plan about how to sell my mother's property. Her staging of the house was lovely and showed the home at it's best. When she met my mother to sign documents she was respectful and caring. The home was sold quickly and settlement followed with a minimum of fuss. Kym kept in touch with me as Power of Attorney and we appreciated her friendly but professional approach.

Kym was the obvious choice when we wanted to sell our home in Rossmoyne. Her wide knowledge of the area and a solid customer base, meant there was a strong starting point. She accurately identified the target Buyers and carefully crafted a marketing campaign that while it drew that audience, other Buyers (Family members purchasing for overseas / interstate people etc) were not discouraged. The Campaign was sophisticated, high quality and with clear time frames that were easy to meet. Kym's advice and resources were+ outstanding, ranging from Trades to Staging / Styling advice and her Team were available and active throughout the Campaign. Despite the high summer temperatures, Kym was always cool and unflappable. The Marketing was subtly adjusted to meet this which meant prospective Buyers saw the home at optimum conditons to enhance the various features. We had a number of offers and were very happy with the outcome. We would actively seek Kym's expertise again when Buying or Selling in the future and encourage others to do the same.
