A third-generation sales agent in Western Australia, following both his mother and grandmother, Jack has been immersed in real estate since birth. As a result, Jack has experienced the evolution of the property industry and has a clear understanding of what it takes to be a top performer. Born and bred in Perth’s Southern/Eastern Suburbs, he knows his market better than any. Humble as they come, you’ll never see Jack broadcasting his successes. Kym’s contributions have played a crucial role in driving the changes witnessed at Morgan and Hayes. In 2016, she and Jamie acquired the business of Morgan Real Estate and John Hayes and Son. Kym initially joined Morgan Real Estate as the General Manager in 2013 and played a pivotal role in successfully merging the two local agencies, resulting in the creation of Morgan Real Estate, which incorporated John Hayes and Son. Since taking over the businesses, Kym and Jamie have devoted themselves to enhancing and surpassing the already exceptional level of service provided by the companies. They take immense pride in the transformation of the Morgan and Hayes brand that exists today. The decision to rebrand was thoughtfully considered, as they held deep respect for the legacies of the two well-known agencies. By incorporating both the Morgan and Hayes surnames into the new brand, they paid homage to their predecessors. Very helpful and very professional

Extremely happy with Kody's efforts. I work fifo and Kody helped alot with organising trades persons to come in and get my house ready for sale. Kody even help with the clean up of the house. In the end all I needed to do was say yes to a offer and move out.

Really nice real estate agent

We have been looking to buy in the area for some time. Eventually we found two similar properties with a similar price tag. We were just about to place an offer for the other property when Jack called to tip to scales. Yes there were some negotiations but it was actually the respectful way he treated us on a home open a year ago that clinched the deal. Going above client expectations is another of his strengths. It goes to show that real estate is not all about knowledge and numbers. Keep this up and you’ll have a great future Jack!

Great Service 10/10

Kody did a fantastic job managing all aspects of my property sale to ensure a smooth transition through the sale process, particularly given I was overseas during part of the sale period, all issues arising were well managed giving my wife and I piece mind to enjoy our holiday. Honest, reliable and genuinely good natured, would happily recommend Kody to anyone considering selling or renting their property.
