Great Agent
I had a great experience dealing with Ben Sievers our current Agent who has always being really efficient, kind, knowledgeable and super fast. He put his own touch and expertise when dealing with management of property. Highly recommend him and Morrison Kleeman as a serious and high quality Real Estate.

Great service
I had Ben Seivers as my manager for my latest new rental. The service he provided was second to none. Great communication, proactive and overall just a great experience. He and Morrison Kleeman made the transaction from build handover to new tenants moving in smooth as it could of went.

Off market rental made the whole process a breeze
Everything about being notified of this property and the application process was seamless. looking forward to moving in next month. Only negative is the agency requires 'On the Move' to connect Yarra Valley Water. Had a most unpleasant experience with operator - who mandated they connect YVW, and then did it wrong. So any feedback would be to make this optional as I am already a YVW customer and they can transfer my existing account to new property. I would seriously consider moving away from the 'On the move' as the customer service/attitude was appalling.

Second to none
Loved dealing with MK, we found our agent Ben, very helpful, approachable, professional and most of all very accommodating. He answered our questions promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Smooth and well organised
My partner and I recently bought a property through Malcolm Perkins at Morrison Kleeman which was done swiftly and professionally. We felt well communicated with and he was always flexible with his time for us on short notice for follow up inspections. Went back through Morrison Kleeman to find tenants for our new property. Ben Seivers is our property manager and he found us a very suitable tenant within 3 days of settlement. Also communicated well, organised and professional. Overall very satisfied with our dealings with Morrison Kleeman Eltham!

Great agency
Communication was perfect between myself, Nat and Ben. They responded to my questions promptly and were able to help my partner and I find this beautiful apartment. Ben was early for our inspection with the sign out the front and the door open waiting for us. He answered all of our questions. Nat handled our paperwork and lease agreement so well. We never were waiting for a reply or no questions left un answered. Great team and great agency

The best agent we've ever dealt with
I can't speak more highly for the entire team we've dealt with at Morrison Kleeman. They are professional and have managed a number of situations that were at times a challenge with haste. We have multiple investment properties that we have let over the past 15 years and Morrison Kleeman have been our no.1 and instilled faith back into going through a letting agency.
