Being renters for well over a decade now, we've come to expect that all agents are the same unfortunately. Poor communication, treated like desperate 2nd class citizens and just a monetary value in their rental books. Bri McIntyre and the team at Morrison Kleeman have changed my perception. They were courteous at all times when trying to find our next rental property, their application process was transparent, fast & efficient with regular feedback. The entire process was online, from application, to bond lodgement and inspection report, making the whole thing much easier. After so many years of so-so property managers, it's the small things like this that make an agency stand out. Considerate touches like a welcome gift bag and congratulatory card, hand written and signed by the agency just shows they care about the experience being delivered.
