peace of mind

Reasonable
Although the agent we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, it would have been useful to have a mobile contact number. When things went wrong when the tenant moved in late on a Friday and we receive a message from the agency but cannot contact anyone, it left us worrying all weekend as to whether the tenant was okay. Not good enough.

Reliable and Trustworthy
We used mk to rent out our first investment property and we found our agent Luke Betheras very professional and gave us a walkthrough of the whole process, answered my every query patiently.
