I didn't have to lift a finger
Rachael managed my investment property from the start of the rental campaign all the way through. She came to see the property, put a plan together in terms of getting the property ready for rental, she organised numerous trades people to restore the property and also managed to secure a great weekly rent amount for my property. She kept in contact with me at every stage and all I had to do was basically request for her services. From there she ran with it and is actively managing the property on my behalf , paying my bills, liasing with the body corporate and neighbours, she is a gem ! Thanks heaps !

Fantastic agency
Ben is amazing, the houses he leases are always exact to what he advertises them as. We have known been for quite some years and has been our property manager on a few occasions. We give Ben a 10/10 he is always prompt an honest. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager
