Highly recommended
We did a considerable amount of research before selecting Rocco and the team at Morrison Kleeman to sell our property. We were not disappointed. The whole team, especially Rocco, Malcolm and Sylvia, were extremely professional and supportive throughout the process. We sold at auction and we were very happy with the outcome.

A very professional and knowledgable agent!
I am thrilled with the result we got from the recent sale of our property. I found Graham and James from Morrison-Kleeman to be so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring right from the word go. Graham kindly recommended some small things that I needed to do in order to get the property ready for sale. He recommended some local businesses that he thought would be suitable to make some small changes in order to get the property ready and enable us to get the very best result possible. Graham and James were so thorough with all feedback. They called, sent messages and emailed updates after each 'open house'....something I found extremely beneficial. When I received 'the offer', they did not rush me to make a decision. I actually found that they were very respectful to both the vendor (me) and to the prospective buyer. Very helpful through the whole process of selling the family home.
Graham took us through all the options available to us. Advertising in the press and Internet was very good. The house was well displayed in the media. He knew, or got to know, the prospective buyers so that on Auction Day we were well informed as to the possibilities. We were very happy with the final price we received and would recommend the services provided to other vendors.
