Grahams Market knowledge was of great help to us when selling our property. his advice on the timing of the sale and the general comments on how to increase value to our home was greatly appreciated. his communication was daily and we were kept up to date with potential buyers. only comment i would make is that on some occasions it felt like the agents knowledge of the property and surrounds was not sufficient and should have been researched prior to taking inspections as potential buyers were left with unanswered questions at the time. Overall, we were very happy with Graham and Lachlan as their professionalism and dedication was a compliment to our property and we felt that they were the perfect agents to represent our home. would definitely recommend them both to anyone.
