Couldn't Ask For More!
From the moment we met Lucy, she exuded nothing but professionalism and consideration for us. Throughout our campaign, Lucy ensured she always kept us up to date with buyer feedback, was on-time for all appointments, displayed a happy disposition and made it clear that nothing was ever too much trouble. She is prompt with her replies to emails and messages; always doing her best to meet your needs. Lucy is VERY organised and would be considered most dependable. When looking to purchase, Lucy really listens to buyers needs and does her best to match appropriate properties to ensure you're not 'getting the run around'. Hard times
There was not the activity we hoped for and the view was this was because of price. there were questions about price asked but I feel there could have been more planning around more interactive marketing to the market in a set price range. feel it was more just adjust the price and wait for an offer. this works and in the end, it did work but took a long time. The staff were very good photos very good Alvy was very patient and professional. and did a good job once there was an interested party.
