She and Claire kept us constantly and promptly informed every step of the way (even after hours). Gayle always did what she said she would do, and her attention to detail was faultless. Also, both as buyers and as sellers, we never felt pressured. Gayle's honesty and personable manner made the process as relaxed as possible.
