Trenton is one of the most diligent and thorough professionals I have ever dealt with and he has a faultless eye for detail. In our real estate hunt to find our humble abode, my husband and I dealt we quite a number of real estate agents. Trenton definitely shone out to us from the very beginning. On our first viewing of the property we noticed how well advertised the property was from the main road, with agencies signs leading us all the way to the front door. Morrissey doormats had then been placed at the ground floor to the complex and at the front door of the unit, something we hadn't yet seen in any of the other units we viewed. Trenton's professional image is impeccable. He is always dressed-to-impress, genuinely wants to assist you in any way he can and just generally a great guy! He welcomes people into the home like it's his own and takes pride in what his selling. He actively showed us through the apartment and around the grounds of the complex, highlighting all the features and gave us details of body corporate fees, rates, stamp duty costs etc. After our offer was accepted by the vendor, Trenton actively liaised with our mortgage broker and solicitor to ensure a smooth successful settlement. He contacted us regularly, informing us where the process was at and assisted us with many legal aspects of the process, as it was our very first house purchase! On a professional note, both our solicitor and mortgage broker said nothing but compliments with the way Trenton does business. I would like to recommend Trenton as a most outstanding sales agent! I live in Qld and I have recently completed the sale on an investment property in Canberra which was most expertly handled by Trenton on my behalf. He provided expert, honest and trustworthy advice and kept in constant communication with me. The house needed a complete makeover after many years of tenanting. Trenton willingly and goodnaturedly arranged all quotes (including negotiating the best prices) for repairs, repainting, new carpets and blinds, and a kitchen "makeover' - and then continued overseeing all the work. The house was on the market within 2 weeks, looking like new again! The makeover had been on Trenton's advice in order to obtain the best price at sale. Well, this certainly worked, with the house selling for a very good price, far more than if it had been sold "as was", and within a few days of the first showing. But Trenton's help didn't end there. Whilst waiting for the sale completion date, the empty house was subject to a break and entry! Trenton liaised with the police and again took charge of the repairs and cleanup. I am very grateful and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
