Very positive experience

A hassle free experience!

We put our house on the market with Kon from the Morton team because we knew he had a very good understanding of the properties and value of our estate. He was very reassuring and confident that we would achieve the property value we were asking for. Well, he didn't disappoint, he went over and above, and negotiated a price we couldn't refuse. He was also very accommodating to the way we preferred to sell our property, and we never felt pressured to accept an offer we weren't happy with. His approach to our sale was always very professional and always kept us informed of buyers feedback etc. I would also like to acknowledge Frenze and Hintha for the great support they provided Kon and who also kept us informed and made sure everything was moving forward as planned. I would highly recommend using Kon and the Morton team, as we feel his market knowledge and professionalism is second to none.
