When we started looking for an agent to market and sell the property we had owned for 35 years, it became quickly apparent to my wife and I that every 2nd house for sale in our local area had a SOLD sticker with Joe's picture on it. Auction day quickly came around and was extremely nerve wracking, however the champagne corks were soon popping when we exceeded our reserve and expectations.
