From the very beginning of the sales process James delivered what he promised. At a time when tradespeople were hard to access, James had them all at my apartment the next day. He said that he would organise all of the apartment preparation and he did. I walked out the door leaving him and his team to clean, paint, carry out repairs and style. I was kept informed at every stage as I travelled interstate. From our first meeting and throughout the sale process James was professional but friendly, easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. He communicated with me after every inspection, detailing the events and prospective buyers on each occasion. He and his assistant made it easy to for me to reach him whenever I had a query. He achieved a positive sale result in what developed into a difficult sales environment. He even assisted me in the purchase of my new property interstate even though he had no financial interest in the sale. He became a friend.
