And this made us comfortable to proceed to the purchase. Ian's assistance and attention didn't finish with the signing of an agreement, as arrangements were made for us to have access to the apartment between signing and settlement to plan decorating and moving in, and they have continued after settlement by providing access to trades people while my wife and I have been away from Sydney. Ian is extremely personable, highly professional, shows great knowledge of Pyrmont and the goings on in Jacksons Landing in particular and, if a seller is looking for an agent who can put a buyer at ease, I would say that Ian can be relied on to achieve that purpose.

I engaged Ian Qui and his team at Morton Real Estate to sell my apartment located in Pyrmont in late 2021. I had owned the property for over ten years and the place was not really in any fit state for selling. Ian and his team developed a plan and project to bring the place up to optimal selling condition. This involved paint, carpet, electricians, cleaning, minor repair work, staged furniture along with furniture removal. This was achieved over a very short period time. I have to pay tribute to the team that was put together and the professional manner in which each of these activities were carried out in exceptionally tight timeframes. Ian was very committed to finding us a property and would organise inspections at our convenience, often out of hours.
