Darling Island Pyrmont
I bought and ( many years later) sold my property through James’ team. I’ve enjoyed dealing with him and found him knowledgeable, good communications and very straightforward. I’d happily use James again and to recommend him to anyone.

Very helpful, polite and knowledge about the apartment and building.

You can take the boy out of Balmain but you can't take Balmain out of the boy.
What can you say, the man loves his work, he's on it 24/7 and when he makes a pitch it's irresistible. Competent, knowledgeable and with a sense of humour.

Ian is one of the most professional real estate agents we have come across.
Ian is one of the most professional real estate agents we have come across. His knowledge of the Pyrmont area and people is expansive and a reflection of his standing in the area. He said to us that "the process of buying a property should be easy" and with Ian it certainly was. He is punctual with great attention to detail and reliably follows up on everything that he says he will do. We feel that Ian is certainly the go-to agent in Pyrmont. To top it all off he is a very nice guy!
