As purchasers we found he was more than willing to address any concerns we had and went out of his way to ensure minor works, such as leaking taps and blown globes were fixed. He followed up on settlement delays by the vendor's solicitor, which were not able to be resolved by our solicitors. We appreciate that these delays meant that he had to return to the office, after work hours, to give us the keys to the apartment.
