I have had the pleasure of engaging the services of James Crow, Associate Director, Morton Pyrmont on 2 occasions in the last 5 years. The first involved an “on-Market” sale of my one bedroom Apartment in Wharf 9, Sydney Wharf. The Apartment was sold in less than 14 days at a record price for the size and configuration, during a time of relatively subdued general Real Estate activity and after an unsuccessful attempt to sell via another local agent. The second involved a subsequent “off-Market” sale of my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car spaces Apartment located on Level 2, Wharf 9, Sydney Wharf. Among James’ client base was a buyer who 2 days after attending the only open for inspection, paid a record price for an Apartment of its size and configuration. Furthermore, all previous sale price records pertained to like Apartments located on higher levels – this was the first time a Level 2 Apartment had broken the record. But not only was the record price broken, it was smashed out of the park. I achieved an over 85% gain in 4 years and as the Apartment was built to a high standard in 2008, no renovation was required! James is able to achieve such impressive results because he is an astute, ethical and honest salesman. He is polite and enjoys an excellent rapport with both buyers and sellers alike.
