I have had the pleasure of engaging the services of James Crow, Associate Director, Morton Pyrmont on 2 occasions in the last 5 years. The first involved an “on-Market” sale of my one bedroom Apartment in Wharf 9, Sydney Wharf. The Apartment was sold in less than 14 days at a record price for the size and configuration, during a time of relatively subdued general Real Estate activity and after an unsuccessful attempt to sell via another local agent.
The second involved a subsequent “off-Market” sale of my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car spaces Apartment located on Level 2, Wharf 9, Sydney Wharf.
