Ian sold our property off-market. He got us exactly the price we wanted, was very good at keeping us up to date with developments, and made the entire process simple. I didn't award a fifth star for negotiation because Ian wasn't able to generate a bidding war, but that's a minor quibble because he did follow our instructions re price and conditions. Ian knows the Pyrmont market extremely well and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any seller.
