This is my 2nd "sales" contact with Ettiene West. (Also one purchase and have been using the compnay's rental investment property service for around 3 years now with excellent service). I have found he has very good knowledge of my inner Sydney city area, and has been an excellent negotiator in pre auction sales transaction(s). I fine him to be personable and down to earth, and have no hesitation in recommending him (and his associate Laura) to potential real estate clients as a selling Agent. Ettiene also sold me the current Surry Hills one bedroom investment Unit (that I have just exchanged sales contracts on), and again "on that side" , I found him to be a little more down to earth than a number of other agents I met with in that property search.
