He explained both his strategy and the reasoning driving it every step of the way, and was always honest and clear in his communication. We felt comfortable with all of his decisions, and confident that he would achieve the best possible sale price for us. Which he did. He left no stone unturned in following up potential buyers, but always in his charming, calm manner, which allowed him to keep both vendor and potential buyers happy. Which is not always easy! Ettienne, Joshua and Laura did a wonderful job selling our investment unit. After initial disappointment, passing in at auction, Ettiene and team persisted positively to obtain the result that we were very happy with. Communication was good, receiving regular feedback and progress report. Ettiene negotiated well; firm as required, but always courteous and respectful. He got the balance right. Ettiene was well supported by his team. Joshua backed up Etienne with the buyers capably, while Laura did a great job preparing the unit and marketing material and keeping our tenant happy. We felt we could trust Ettiene and the team, making for a pretty stress free experience.
