I met Courtney the first time when she appraised my property. I thought, "She's gorgeous, but she's young." My next thought was, "But it's really good to give young people a go and support their new business." She didn't disappoint in any way: she was patient with my many questions; arranged to have the best property photos I have ever commissioned when selling previous properties I owned (they were so good I thought I should buy my house myself); her advertising campaign was excellent and she got the price I wanted (high for this area). And she's still gorgeous. I would highly reccomend her services to anyone wanting to sell - or - buy in this area. I even bought the land I am now building on from her as well.
