Great Agent, Always Transparent!

Our Heartfelt Gratitude and Blessings to Ravi for brining in front of us the most precious gift of our life. Even thought we interacted with Ravi only on a few occasions in the past months he did remember us on the back of his mind and was aware that we were actively looking towards a purchase. With the kind of turbulent property market going on we had lost all hopes and were extremely broken after facing quite a few unsuccessful attempts to buy. IN spite of having a healthy budget to buy and the willingness to settle quickly we struggled in the market for almost 2+ months. During these moments of extreme discouragement one phone call from Ravi proved to be a game changer. He presented to us the right property at an appropriate budget and we made a quick decision to grab this opportunity with both hands. We were introduced to Inder by a friend. From day one we had a feeling that we are talking to a friend, we never felt like talking to an agent. Throughout the process this bond became stronger. It always felt like a family. We were so comfortable and open with him that we never felt like a seller. He guided us about a lot of stuff during the process and also was throughly patient all the time. Even though he is a quiet person, he listens to your need completely and make sure you get what you are looking for. He never pushed us to make a sale even when we had few decent offer very early. He also considered our comfort in organising open homes and always explained next steps. I have not seen any one so patient and being more positive week after week. At one point we were worried for the sale, but he kept us motivated and organised. At the end he gave us great results.
