Ravi was very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. He explained the reasons for selling now compared to later in the year (which made a lot of sense). He communicate regularly about the progress of sale and finally the property was sold at the expected price. We are incredibly happy with the service provide by Ravi and his real estate.

We were introduced to Inder by a friend. From day one we had a feeling that we are talking to a friend, we never felt like talking to an agent. Throughout the process this bond became stronger. It always felt like a family. We were so comfortable and open with him that we never felt like a seller. He guided us about a lot of stuff during the process and also was throughly patient all the time. Even though he is a quiet person, he listens to your need completely and make sure you get what you are looking for. He never pushed us to make a sale even when we had few decent offer very early. He also considered our comfort in organising open homes and always explained next steps. I have not seen any one so patient and being more positive week after week. At one point we were worried for the sale, but he kept us motivated and organised. At the end he gave us great results. It was a pleasure working with you, definitely our friends are going to know your name and will be in touch with you in future. Highly recommended! All the very best Inder and let’s be in touch.

Ravi Goyal has been proven a perfect selection in selling my property, he was sticking to his commitments as promised and completely on achieving the target price as per our requirement. During selling process he was quite clear about situation of the current market and put his maximum efforts, resulting, even the neighbour hood house on a bigger block of land was sold 220k lesser than ours. Presentation ideas were perfectly played role in attracting 45 inspections on the first open home

Raman was so helpful responding to all of our questions either the same day or the next. He was always friendly, helpful and professional throughout the sale. At times he went above and beyond by sowing us the house on a Sunday, giving us extra access etc. I would highly recommend Ramans working with Raman.
