I am writing in appreciation of our recent dealings with you in relation to the sale of our house. Your relentless pursuit of achieving a better than expected sale price was second-to-none. Your professionalism in dealing with prospective buyers, the additional opens for inspections and most importantly the success of securing the buyer.

I found Inder to be very professional to work with and made the process look easy. Right from start, they have used good advertising strategy, flexible in approach, timely response to every query and met most of our requests. The only down side I can think of was the price guidance, the final number was way below than our initial agreement but market too had a role in it, but good estimate could have totally raised the experience to new level.

I found Hesh Rasitha and the team at Mountview very professional, responsive, very helpful with contacts of contractors who could assist to get the property ready for the market. Overall I was satisfied with the "Property Sale experience" Whilst the final sale price was below expectation, I believe external factors including the current economy and threat of rising interest rates generated unreasonable buyer expectations and behaviours.
Hesh Rasitha
Excellent service, went out of his way to assist

Fantastic on follow up, ensured that we kept in the loop with everything. Malwinder went above and beyond, the vendors solicitor was very poor in their communication to our solicitor, Malwinder had to step in a few times to ensure that the sale went through. We would highly recommend Malwinder and his team.
