Responsive, efficient, and transparent!
With settlement of our new property on the horizon, we'd like to recognise Malwinder and his team for making the purchase process as smooth and frictionless as possible for us, so far. Malwinder's responsiveness and process efficiency has been remarkable. For example, he responds almost immediately to any query (even on public holidays), provides photographic evidence when clarifications are sought (e.g. operation of solar power, presence of smoke detectors, etc.), and has made access to the property available at every request, such as to allow trades services to provide quotes for renovations and upgrades. Most importantly, Malwinder has been open, transparent, and understanding in his dealings. We highly recommend Malwinder for a hassle-free property purchase experience in the Hills district!

Calm and Confident
We met Hesh Rasitha about two years ago when he first found out that we intended moving interstate. He kept in touch without undue pressure and once we made our decision, he sprang into action and mapped out a detailed plan, with dates, showing everything we needed to do to get through the sale process. He is well-connected with people in all trade areas, so he was able to refer us to the right people when we needed repairs done. Hesh was very professional in his communication in the group chat app. resulting in a clear understanding of what was going on at any given time. What I liked most was that we didn’t have to put up with unnecessary sales jargon and over-the-top sales pressure and promises. He was able to make sense of the tricky market circumstances and was able to guide us realistically as to what outcome could be expected. His feedback after buyer viewings was prompt and detailed and honest, so that we could understand how people felt about our property. I would not hesitate to use Hesh as our agent again in the future if I need to buy or sell again.
