We sold our house through Mountview Real Estate having met Hesh Rasitha and decided that his enthusiasm, selling methodology and valuation met with our understanding of the market. Essentially we needed to refresh the interior with freshly painted walls and new wooden floor coverings. Hesh’s experience helped us as he arranged the trades to quote their price and for him to then project manage the upgrade. Whilst arranging the trades he began floating the house sale to his existing potential buyers prior to the full marketing effort. One particular prospect was interested but did not want us to proceed with any upgrade as they wished to personalise their own changes. We agreed with Hesh on a price without our upgrade and he negotiated with the prospect to our asking price. Throughout the whole selling project Hesh was always available, kept appointments and provided timely, suitable and valuable advice. We had just gone for inspection . Liked the house and then spoke to Malwinder about the price. We later finalized a price and signed the contract .He got the contract signed by the vendor as promised. Excellent communication skills, reliable , friendly with vendor's and I have not faced any issues since settlement. Currently Mountview has leased my house and rental return are on time .
