Malwinder is one of the very few agents in the market who has the ability to outperform the local real estate agents based on his due diligence and great customer experience. I had detailed discussions with few local real estate giants before making my decision to sell my property with Malwinder. He fulfilled what he promised – which is very rare in this market. He kept me informed although the sale process as well as facilitated the purchaser so the settlement is smooth process for everyone.

Hesh was incredible in his customer service right from the start. To begin with, he travelled half way across Sydney to come and explain his value proposition, his process and his plan. From there communications was frequent about where we were up to in the marketing, who he had been speaking to, what the feedback from the market was. He was open and honest about offers that we had and negotiated hard to get the right buyer and the right deal. After signing contracts my Tennants destroyed the house and we had to renegotiate with the buyer. Hesh got straight to it and kept following up with the buyer to renegotaiate the contact and drive it to conclusion again that both us and the buyer were happy. Couldn’t recommend Hesh more highly for his services...

A+++ service Hesh was the most hard working and diligent agent, out of many of the realtors ive dealt with in the past. Got the job done smoothly and efficiently. Will recommend to anyone in need of a professional real estate agent who loves and knows what he's doing.

Liked the way Hesh worked. Open, honest and transparent. Didn't try to create an auction bidding war. Communication was great along with the follow ups.
