My dealings with Hesh go far beyond business. He demonstrates a genuine concern for the welfare and satisfaction of his clients. At a difficult time for me, Hesh was always honest, empathetic and willing to help in any way he could to make the selling of my home efficient, stress free and in my best interests. I would definitely recommend him as an agent. He works above and beyond expectations! Thank you Hesh!

Hesh is by far the most professional and experienced sale agent I know in the Sydney property market. He shows the in-depth market knowledge combined with the top negotiation skills. The level of details he pays into the whole sale process guides me all the way through the settlement. He is always helpful whenever we want him to help ou. Most profoundly amazingly he sold my apartment within the first week of open inspection. Big Thank you Hesh !

Even though i am reviewing him as home buyer, I would recommend him to sell your house.. first of all he is smart, very smart. I met him when I was looking of a different house without my wife on a Saturday. We chat for 5 minutes on he found out my schedule and that I am not interested in current house and what exactly I am looking for. He called me on Wednesday when I was looking for house with my wife. Asked us to come see a house and made us put our maximum offer their and then(not in scary way of course). We signed the contract on thrusday. That was the day we found out the property was on market only ONE DAY. Now if I was a seller I'll want that kind of agent for myself. Ok now as a buyer he was with us every step of the way. He even helped us with lot of information regarding process of buying house.. even before I can research anything. He even managed to help us get couple of pieces of furniture from old owner to get us started.. adviced us on every thing else.. during the cooling off he called us everyday to check up on progress.. what more can you ask from an agent.. Me and my wife both really appreciate your help in buying our first house. Thank you very much.. We will surely like to deal with you if and when we decide to do anything further in property market..

As a first home buyer it's very important that your agent knows their stuff, and I couldn't have been luckier with this when purchasing my first property. Not only did Hesh help me through the whole process but he guided me and helped me understand the entire process and what to expect in the future even after my 101 repeated questions. He was there outside of normal working hours and really pushed to have everything done and done right. I recommend Hesh over and over again and I hope for you to work with him because he is an excellent agent.

Hesh and the Mountview Team achieved a successful sale of our unit in Westmead, with an offer accepted after the first open home! Prior to the property being placed on the market, Hesh provided suggestions on small fixes to the property to prepare it for sale and also handled communications with that the outgoing tenants. Following the first open home, a number of offers were received, and Hesh was diligent in keeping us informed and acting in our best interest which resulted in us accepting a very competitive offer. The team was very knowledgeable about the market conditions and recent sales in the area which helped manage and align expectations during the sales process. To get the best price, and for a pain free sales process, we would recommend Hesh and the Mountview Real Estate team for your next sale!
