Joshi John was the vendor's agent when I exchanged on a property in Guildford in late 2018 as a purchaser. I settled the off the plan purchase in mid-December 2019. I found right from the start that Joshi John had a very humble manner, meant what he said and made truthful claims. He has a quiet reserve, rings back punctually and despite the long gap between exchange and settlement was always ready, eager and willing to assist plus always provided any information requested swiftly. Joshi has one surprising quality. He doesn't conduct himself like a "hard sell" agent but is remarkably persuasive just based on product knowledge and knowledge of the area. Joshi does not exaggerate, tells it how it is and is effective for vendors and purchasers not just one party. He surprised me that in respect of the new tower that was being built where I exchanged, he had sound background knowledge of its build plus has his ear to the ground in respect of the real estate market. He is full of enthusiasm and even in a stagnant market gives confidence for what he is marketing as he believes in his product. Joshi is outstanding in his diplomatic skills when navigating between a vendor/developer and a purchaser. I consider myself fortunate that our paths have crossed.
