Dear Joshi, On behalf of me and our family we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to you and your team for the outmost professionalism you have shown in regards to the sale of our above property. As you are well aware the nature of the business I work in is real estate related and at first I was swayed in listing our property with one of the areas “named” franchised agencies. This agency had the property listed for 4 months. During this time there were a number of prospective purchasers who were interested in our property; however they were unable to negotiate a sale on our behalf. To add to this, our agent to our surprise decided to go on holidays half way through our campaign which was stressful and disappointing at such a crucial time of negotiations. Great service
We are extremely fortunate to have dealt with Joshi and thank him for all the services he has provided. He was very patient while understanding our needs and provided a very honest opinion while touring our home. He expertly navigated us through every step, enabling us to go through the whole process smoothly.
