MPM Property's insight into the local market is exceptional with detailed local rental reports, providing the right information to gauge the true market values to get the right rental return on my investments. They have looked after me now for approx. 18 months and in that time managed the 2 x change in tenants with minimal fuss and ensure the properties were not left vacant during the changeover. They also protected my interests during the changeover of tenants by ensuring the property was in excellent condition by conducting thorough exit inspections and providing a detailed inspection report. Fortnightly rental statements and EOFY report make tax time a breeze. I have all the confidence in Trish and MPM Property and always take her advice, Trish hasn't been wrong with any of her suggestions.

Kristen has been working with me for a period of 4 months, when she took on our rental property, from a previous agent. We have been through the departure of previous tenants, after an 11 year term, a complete renovation with a mix of trades, coming and going, sourcing new appropriate tenants and settling them in, to a few ongoing maintenance issues that are still in Kristen's capable hands. Katy good to very good, she easily explained the tenancy, and when I asked for someone to fix the air suction in the shower, it was done the next day! This is in contrast to the normal tenant asking real estate for something to be mended then waiting at least a week for anything to happen.
