We have had our property with MPM for quite a few years now and our first property manager was terrific and quick to sort out any problems or concerns we had, but some of the ones we had in between then and now they have ranged from ok to poor which was very disappointing. We now have a new property manager La-Shae who is absolutely brilliant, in a matter of months she has sorted out the water metering at our units, which the 2 previous managers couldn’t seem to do and has had our back fence repaired and arranged with the rear neighbour to contribute 50% of the cost with no hassles or worry. MPM you need to look after La-Shae and reward her appropriately for the great job she is doing.

Kim and the team at MPM did an amazing job assisting us through some tricky tenant situations with our last rental property. She was efficient, professional, dedicated and went beyond the call to take care of us and our tenants. We really appreciate the work Kim did for us and would highly recommend.

Dealing with MPM Property has always been easy, efficient and professional. Their staff have always gone above and beyond when it comes to arranging any service related to our properties maintenance. We have recently had a difficult tenant that left damage yet the house was able to be let within a few weeks due to the diligence of the hard working staff.

Some special words of thanks to Kimberley Green ( Property Manager ) . I cannot thank Kimberley enough for her untiring , thankless but highly professional work she did with our property sale transition from Tenant to new owner . Kimberley deserves unreserved credit for her work .She inherited a highly difficult situation/tenant who was amazingly unwilling to help themself and an unappreciative impossible to please new owner . Kimberley went way way way beyond what was asked of her to assist the tenant and also assist the new owner ( even when this was not her role /responsibility at all ! ) . I would highly recommend Kimberley and the team at MPM as Property Managers . Theirs is a very challenging and difficult but very valuable role in the whole tenant/landlord equation . Unfortunately what they do goes largely unnoticed and , impossible to understand, unnappreciated . Well well done Kimberley and the team
