Have found Mr Real Estate to be a very competant agency. Proactive when needed, thorough when tenants change and in dealing with any repair issues. The only issue which a personal one, is that emails are often signed PM and not by the persons name. These are generally system generated emails, however it is not a particularly personal approach and deminishes the actual work and communication of the property manager.

I bought the property through Mr Real Estate, and thought it was easiest to approach the rental market with same property agents. Kailah has been extremely helpful. I received the keys on a Saturday, I handed the keys back on Thursday and 4 days later, I had a tenant!

We had nothing but trouble from our previous real estate managing agent. More like 'non-managing' agents, just rent collectors. Communication was non-existent, rude/arrogant property manager, large staff incompetence and lack of general property management knowledge. We made the right decision to change management to Mr Real Estate. So far they have been the complete opposite of everything above. Very helpful in taking over the management of our neglected property and have been very competent in their knowledge of Queensland property management legislation and regulations, where our previous agent had failed miserably. Kailah from Mr Real Estate has been fantastic! and has gone above and beyond what was required of her role in dealing with and communicating with our old managing agent. She was professional in every aspect of the handover while dealing with incompetent people. Well done Kailah!! We look forward to working with you in the future.
