I have nothing but good praise for the staff at Mr Real Estate taking care of my property. It was a smooth transition from a previous agency that I was not happy with. Emily H took care of the transfer of rental and professional photography. Hannah found suitable tenants that I am very happy with. My current property manager Kailah has been an absolute godsend completely understanding that I live in a different city and work out of town on a regular basis. I have been kept up to date on my property needs maintenance and repairs. I have been very appreciative when she has given me referrals to local tradesmen, following them up and letting me know once works have been completed. I am very impressed with her swift responses whenever I have questions or requests to do with my property. Nothing is ever a hassle for Kailah at all. Jason the principle should be proud of his team! I would really like to thank Emily at Mr Real Estate for taking a personal interest in my rental property and going the extra mile to help rent my property. What impressed me the most, Emily dropped everything to look at my property and not only give me an appraisal but took photo's at the same time and immediately put it on Real Estate.com. She also worked after hours to advise of the interest, had inspections the next day and rented it. She didn't force me to pay extra fees for advertising which I appreciated greatly. Thank you Emily
