It was very stress free. Knew what he was do with seller and buyer.
Lux went out of his way with what he did in his communication with the buyer and me. He was there when you needed to speak with him and would do what he could for you. If I was ask for a real estate agent I would recommend Lux Puvithasan.

Knows the market really well and strategy options
Really enjoyed the preliminary discussions with Darcy about the market and different strategies to achieve a sale. He doesn't just accept an easy sale pricing in the market and looks for the opportunity with upside during the process. Helped out a lot managing the works required to achieve the sale and support a seller from remote location.

Very good communication during the selling process, and with an excellent outcome.
Right from our first contact, Darcy was prompt, responsive and helpful. He had suggestions for the marketing campaign to show our property in the best way, to achieve the best possible price, and the sale process went very smoothly. He presented offers to us with good information to assist us to make decisions as needed. Darcy was very helpful with negotiations too. KEPT IN THE LOOP
From start to finish Arna-Leigh kept me informed of every state of play and advised on things I was not 100% confident on.
