I first met Marilyn 4 years ago when I purchased my property and I was impressed by how easy she was to deal with, she didn't try to oversell the property and nothing was too much trouble. So when I came to sell the property the only person I contacted was Marilyn, and again she was excellent to deal with. After viewing the property Marilyn said she would sell within 2 weeks which I thought was optimistic, but we sold in 5 days; I was happy, I am sure the buyer was happy, so a good result all round.
