We had a sudden need to sell our home to move overseas, we chose Lauraine to be our agent as she has a very warm nature and was very informative and full of knowledge with the current market with a lot of experience selling in the area. Our home was sold very quickly and we had great communication with the process throughout. Lauraine worked hard for us to successfully achieve the price we were after and within a timeline. I was very impressed with the early arrangements to get this house on the market with Marilyn able to make early appointment for me to sign up with her. It was disappointing when she told me that she was leaving the house in the hands of one of her staff because she had good skills with customers who were looking at buying. I think there could have been better and more communication between Marilyn and me so I knew what was happening as I paid for her services, I thought for what I received from the above I paid too much for her service. I would also beware of promoting her business to sell my house, I would not pay for the signs as it is overpriced I'm promoting her business not the house.
