Prakash was very helpful and provided guidance to us before and during the sale of our property. He has a good understanding of the market and knows the Surburban market sale price and what to expect. He has been available to us whenever we needed him. Additionally made efforts in making the house more appealing during Open Houses. Prakash is easy going and always answers or returns the phone call and manages the Open houses well also. I will strongly suggest and recommend Prakash to be the best Property Sales Agent. A job well done..!!

Fantastic support in minimum possible time. I had the pleasure of working with ACHUT G, and I couldn't be more impressed with his exceptional service. From the moment we expressed interest in finding a property in our desired area, he was incredibly fast in responding and assisting us in every step of the way.His knowledge of the local market and attention to detail made the process seem effortless, and it would have been extremely difficult for us to find such a perfect property without his expertise. Not only he did provide us with a seamless experience, but he went above and beyond to ensure that our needs and preferences were met. I would highly recommend ACHUT NEUPANE from MD properties to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agent. Once again Thank you for your outstanding work.

Highly recommended person to sell your property with piece of mind. Prakash is reliable and gives you honest opinion and options to choose from. I have used other agents to sell my properties previously but Prakash is much more reliable and easy to deal with. He got the knowledge, he does understand the requirements and expectations from the vendors point of view and really works well. He does lot of market research and Very much informative, gives you guidance in all stages of your journey of selling. Never pressurise you to make any hassle decisions but guide you to make appropriate one. Thanks Prakash and well done on selling our property in Edmondson park.

Multi dynamic seem to have a policy to tell each party whatever they must to deceive them into agreeing to a sale. When the agent was asked to follow through on their promises they did not return calls and simply became unhelpful. All through the process they were highly incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and go with any other agency. Multi Dynamic are both incompetent and dishonest.
