Prakash has not only helped us to sell our property he also helped us to gain knowledge in property market making sure we understand the process and its impact ensuring we are making the right decision, but not in haste. His passion to help customers, willingness to listen and patience to explain repeatedly won our heart. He was just a phone call away or would give us a call when we had silly questions which gave us comfort to rely on an agent. The transition could not be smoother than what we achieved whilst dealing with Prakash. There may have been some challenges internally which were filtered when they were delivered to us. He also helped us to negotiate with conveyancer when we were struggling to understand the legal terminology. Overall, we achieved what we aimed for, and this would not been possible without the help from such a great real estate agent. Highly recommended and you will not regret to sign up with Mr Prakash.
