Jessica Wang knows the property leasing market well. Her market appraisal is spot on, and so is her tenancy recommendation. Found a tenant with a single open home inspection, as a matter of fact secured a tenant within 2 days of listing. Her communication skills are excellent. She gets the Landlord's request and her job done, and rather efficiently with no fuss. She is highly professional, able to articulate issues quickly and accommodates the needs of the Landlord.
